Accounts Payable ClerkWe are looking for a part-time Accounts Payable Clerk to be responsible for receiving, matching, processing and posting invoices for payment and for undertaking the payment of creditors in an accurate, efficient and timely manner. The position is part time, entry level and will require a minimum of 24 hours per week, but will expand to a full-time position.Responsibilities:Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.Match receiving documentation back-up and post matching invoices.Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements.Generate reports detailing accounts payables status.Understand expense accounts.Understand compliance issues around accounts payable processes (W-9, sales tax, etc.) Requirements and skills.Work experience as Accounts Payable Clerk.Experience using EPICOR ERP is a plus but not required.Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles.Ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers.Hands-on experience with spreadsheets.Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.Please click "Apply Now" to submit your resume, or send to 265 Lincoln Highway, Fairless Hills, PA 19030.
